Advice that stays around
for the difficult part

Plenty of firms will tell you what to do. Fewer will sit with you through the quarter where it has to actually work. We organise everything around three stages, and we are willing to be judged on the third.

Where people usually start

Two fixed-scope pieces of work that give you a decision, not a relationship you have to commit to first.

Technology Health Check

Fixed scope · fixed fee · report and board-ready summary

An unbiased read on where your technology actually stands: what is working, what is fragile, what breaks first as you grow, and what it will cost to fix.

  • Architecture, delivery and cost reviewed together
  • Risks ranked by when they bite, not by severity theatre
  • A short list of what to do next, in order

AI Business Readiness

Fixed scope · fixed fee · policy pack included

Whether your team is genuinely getting productivity out of AI, where the real exposure sits, and what to put in writing before somebody in your business decides for you.

  • Tooling and usage assessed team by team
  • Risk, data and regulatory exposure mapped
  • Usage guidelines and business AI policy drafted

Think, plan, do — in that order

Most engagements move through all three. Some stop after the first, which is a perfectly good outcome if the answer turns out to be "do less".

First

Think

  • CxO and board advisory
  • Technology strategy
  • Roadmap definition
  • Business plan pressure-testing
  • Technical due diligence
  • Build, buy or partner decisions
Then

Plan

  • Process and quality improvement
  • Development management
  • Product roadmap sequencing
  • Team structure and hiring
  • Vendor and offshore models
  • Cost and licensing review
Then

Do

  • Full-stack delivery, web and mobile
  • Quality review and remediation
  • Team augmentation
  • Interim and fractional leadership
  • Delivery turnaround
  • Handover and knowledge transfer

How we engage

Four shapes cover almost everything. If none of them fit, say so on the call and we will work out something that does.

Diagnostic

A fixed-scope, fixed-fee assessment ending in a written report and a board-ready summary. Two to four weeks. No obligation to do anything further.

Advisory retainer

A standing relationship at board or CxO level. Monthly, cancellable, sized to the actual need rather than to fill a diary.

Interim leadership

Covering a CTO or technology director seat through a gap, a raise or a turnaround, with a plan for handing it back to a permanent hire.

Delivery

Building the thing, through Aldemis Foundry, with a senior technologist attached from the first line of code to the handover.

Not sure which of these you need?

That is a normal place to start, and working it out is the first thing a call is for.

Most people arrive describing a symptom rather than a service. Tell us what is actually going on and we will tell you which of the above, if any, is the right response.
